I've been involved with the PB & Joy initiative at Allen HS throughout my senior year. Most significantly, I volunteered as one of the many leaders in the Eagle Give Day events that took place on the Friday half-days before Winter Break 2021 and Spring Break 2022. In both events, I helped do all sorts of tasks throughout the day, while working with my IB peers to lead the sophomore, junior, and senior groups that came into the cafeteria at their scheduled times. For example, in the most recent one, I helped ensure there was efficiency in the sandwich packaging process so that we wouldn't get overloaded. At other times, there was imbalance between peanut butter and jelly at certain tables, which I helped fix by switching others' roles. I exemplified the following IB Learner Profile traits through PB & Joy: caring, communicators, balanced, and principled.
